How long does the product last?
Each bottle of HGH contains 1 OZ (30 ml) and lasts about 30-40 days when used as directed.

How do I take the product?
3 sprays under the tongue at bed time and upon waking up. For best results, do not eat drink or brush teeth within 20 minutes before or after taking any homeopathic product. Swirl the bottle about 10 times prior to spraying. Take the product for 5 days then stop for 2 days then start again.

What should I notice?
Results vary from person to person. You might notice deeper sleep (typically within the first week of using the product).
